With unemployment reaching 9.3%, many households are dependent on seasonal jobs such as agriculture or daily wage labor—opportunities that are often unstable, underpaid, and short-lived. Without consistent income, families struggle to meet basic needs like food, education, and healthcare.

The lack of local opportunities pushes people to migrate in search of work.
Men—and sometimes entire families—leave their villages to find jobs in distant cities, often under harsh and exploitative conditions. This mass migration not only disrupts family life but also weakens community bonds, leaving behind children, women, and the elderly without support or security.
